- All reservations required to sign a separate Rental Agreement from Peachtree Leisure Homestays (please check email after booking)
Security Deposit:
All bookings require a $500 security deposit hold. This is not a charge and only a hold on the card. Will be released within 4 days of check out. (Please check email after booking)
Things that will result in partial/total loss of security deposit:
- Any kind of smoking inside of the house (smoke detectors are installed)
- Damage to the property beyond normal wear/tear
- Unauthorized gatherings/parties
- Breaking max guest rule
